Prior to creating Eturnal Rest, Bell grew a family run company in the sleep accessory category, Protect A Bed, to a $100 M world wide leader. He is a founding shareholder of two listed companies, a private equity firm Aquila Growth Ltd and a retail holding company Retail Corporation Ltd, which he led to great success.These two listed South African companies provided outstanding returns to shareholders and made the Top 5 Company status on the JSE multiple times.
James thrives on putting teams together and creating new ventures run on family business values.
Michael Furze
Director
Michael has worked for major agricultural and energy companies globally for over 40 years including Anglo American, Shell, Glencore. His experience has been in Finance, Compliance, Risk Management and Key Account Management. He has led multi-cultural teams in South Africa, United States, Singapore, London, Japan and Dubai.
Within Eturnal Rest he is responsible for Finance and Compliance ensuring Eturnal Rest remains a trusted partner.
Michael currently lives in London, UK with his wife and has two married sons and 3 grandchildren.

Warrick Bell brings over 15 years of versatile executive experience to his role. Previously, he served in his family’s multinational consumer products company, leading rapid growth to $100 M in global revenue prior to successfully selling the business.
Throughout his career, Warrick has demonstrated innovation and diverse expertise across sales, marketing, operations, product development, and customer loyalty programs in both national and international markets. He has continually optimized systems and nurtured talent to scale businesses responsibly.

Licensed Funeral Director
Kevin has been proudly serving families of Oconomowoc and the Lake Country area as a licensed funeral director since 1999 and is the fourth-generation owner at Pagenkopf Funeral Home. In 1913, Kevin’s great-grandfather, Arthur Pagenkopf, not only established Pagenkopf Funeral Home, but he also put into motion what is now a deeply rooted family legacy of providing comfort to those who are mourning, which honorably continues with Kevin. Twenty-five years of experience in funeral care ensures that families who work with Kevin in their time of need receive exceptional service and compassion from a professional who understands how to guide and comfort grieving families.

Since 2008, Cindy has been serving alongside her husband, Kevin, providing exceptional support and service to families of Oconomowoc and the Lake Country area. Over the past 15 years, she has overseen the daily operations of Pagenkopf Funeral Home, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. She is also a licensed pre-funding specialist who has extensive knowledge and experience helping families preplan services for their loved ones. She is highly skilled in comforting families while they navigate through difficult topics and decisions, and strives to make sure the families she is serving feel valued and cared for.

Jacob Miller is our dedicated Operations Support Lead at Eturnal Rest. As the Operations Support Lead, Jacob takes on a multifaceted role where he oversees various aspects of the company’s day-to-day activities. With two years of experience in Information Systems, Jacob is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success. His journey in the field reflects a commitment to both personal and professional growth, as he continuously seeks out opportunities to expand his skills and knowledge.

Greg has dedicated twenty six years to serving churches, using his expertise to help them secure funds and foster communications with their parishioners. With a passion for faith and community he has been able to be a pillar of support for countless churches, building relationships and guiding them through communication strategies. His insight and dedication has helped parishes across the country.
Now, Greg’s path takes an exciting turn as he embarks on an opportunity with Eturrnal Rest which will provide an opportunity to help commemorate loved ones, providing a pathway to keep families connected to the church while offering a unique way to contribute funding to the church.
